The recruitment of senior management in Hotels is a special focus and one where we particularly understand the needs of both our corporate and independent hotelier clients. Mike Cooper is our Director responsible for recruiting across the breadth of the Hotel sector in the UK and abroad. With 14 years in the sector Mike has a huge amount of recruitment knowledge underpinned with hands on operations Hotel experience. Mike is well connected applies his exceptional network and skills to the recruitment of Executives, General Managers and other management levels.
Recruitment in Hospitality is a simple process and we use a combination of two main techniques:
- Search - which can be very discreet and confidential or more overt. Totally proactive and thoroughly researched
